America F-35 fighter Jet crash.  The world's most dangerous and expensive fighter aircraft F-35 became a victim of an accident. On Tuesday, a US Air Force fighter plane crashed during a training exercise at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska.

A video of the accident is becoming quite viral on social media. In the video, it can be seen that after falling from the sky to the ground, a cloud of fire rises in the sky.

The pilot narrowly escaped death 

US Air Force Colonel Paul Townsend, commander of the 354th Fighter Wing, told a news conference that the pilot experienced a "technical malfunction" after which he ejected from the aircraft, reports news agency AP. The pilot is safe and has been taken to Bassett Army Hospital.

The F-35 aircraft has already been a victim of an accident

This is not the first incident when an F-35 aircraft has crashed mid-air in the US. In May 2024, an F-35 fighter jet flying from Texas to Edwards Air Force Base near Los Angeles crashed when the pilot stopped to refuel in New Mexico.

The pilot was taken to hospital with serious injuries. This fighter plane also crashed in South Carolina in September 2023.
