When Madan Mohan Shukla said something about Bhudhar Narayan Mishra, Abdul Mannan opposed it. When Abdul Mannan took Bhudhar Narayan Mishra's side, Madan Mohan Shukla clashed with him. When the argument between the two escalated, Abdul Mannan got angry and left Tilak Hall.

Complaint to Congress State President

Anand Mehrotra, son of freedom fighter Kanhaiyalal Mehrotra, has complained to Congress state president Ajay Rai and other senior Congress leaders about the tussle among Congress leaders. He said that senior Congress leader Abdul Mannan has been treated rudely. The complaint also alleges the city Congress president. However, Abdul Mannan could not be contacted in this matter.
