UP News: When Samajwadi Party released a list of its candidates for the by-elections on Tuesday, political turmoil intensified. Congress said that no talks have been held on seat sharing in the alliance yet. This statement of Congress gave a new color to politics, after which all kinds of speculations started.

But now SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has answered those questions on which there was suspense for the last 24 hours. When Akhilesh Yadav was first asked about the defeat of Congress in Haryana, he said in a very clear tone that I will not say anything on this topic today. Today is not the day to speak on this matter.

When the SP chief was asked about the by-elections, he answered a little openly. On seat sharing with Congress and the announcement of his candidates, he said that there is not much to say today but yes there will be an alliance with Congress in UP. With this statement of Akhilesh Yadav, all the suspense ended but the question of seats still remains.
 

It is worth noting that Samajwadi Party released the list of six candidates on Wednesday. SP has nominated
Tej Pratap Yadav from Karhal assembly seat, Naseem Solanki from Sisamau assembly seat, Mustafa Siddiqui from Phulpur, Ajit Prasad from Milkipur, Shobhavati Verma from Katehari and Dr. Jyoti Bind from Manjhwa assembly seat.

Phulpur and Majhawan are the two seats on which Congress was claiming. By-elections are to be held on 10 assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh. Out of the 10 vacant seats, five seats - Sisamau, Katehari, Karhal, Milkipur and Kundarki were with SP. Whereas, Phulpur, Ghaziabad, Majhawan and Khair were with BJP. Let us tell you that Congress had demanded 5 seats in the by-election.
