New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed confidence in experienced leaders and ministers to give new impetus to development in his third term. More than half of the ministers in the 72-member council of ministers have previously been ministers at the Centre and have been MPs three or more times. Similarly, an attempt has been made to give place to all regions, classes and communities in the council of ministers. 47 ministers are from OBC, SC, ST and minority communities.
Out of 72 ministers in Modi 3.0, 43 are such who have been MPs three or more times. At the same time, 39 ministers have experience of working as ministers at the center earlier. Not only this, there are also experienced faces among the ministers who have worked as Chief Ministers like Sarbananda Sonowal, Manohar Lal, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, HD Kumaraswamy and Jitanram Manjhi.
The third term council of ministers may be the most experienced
Among the ministers, 23 are those who have worked as ministers in some state or the other and 34 have experience of participating in the state assembly. In this way, the council of ministers of Modi's third term can be the most experienced. While giving place to experienced faces, Prime Minister Modi has taken full care of social and regional equations. Caste equations have also been worked out, but in such a way that the work is expedited.
Representation of whole India is also ensured in the Council of Ministers
In the cabinet, 27 ministers come from OBC community, 10 from SC, 5 from ST and 5 from minority community. From these caste equations, 18 ministers are cabinet ministers or ministers of state with independent charge who will lead their respective ministries. Representation of entire India has also been ensured in the council of ministers. These ministers represent 24 states and their different regions.
The agenda for 100 days is already prepared
11 MPs from BJP's allies in the NDA have also been given a place in the Council of Ministers. Keep in mind that the Prime Minister had said on the day of the results that work will now be done at a fast pace. The 100-day agenda is already ready. In the meeting before the swearing-in, the Prime Minister also taught the ministers that there should be no laxity in work.
