Yes, the makers have officially revealed the involvement of Akshay Oberoi and Sudev Nair in the film. Akshay Oberoi will play "Tony" and Sudev Nair will play "Karmadi." It's believed that Akshay's character will be set in the 1950s.

Akshay's powerful look is truly a sight to behold. Sudev Nair's look in the film also stands out. A cap on his head, a gun in his hand, and a dash of swag... the makers have officially shared both of these looks.

What did the makers say about these characters?

The film's director, Geetu Mohandas, said, "Finding the right actor for Karmadi was a key requirement in this journey. He needed someone who could be a strong anchor for the film without making noise, and Sudev was perfect for the role. Sudev is not only a good actor but also a good human being."

He also praised Akshay Oberoi and believes that both actors are perfect for the roles. Besides these two stars, the film will also feature several other stars.

The recently released teaser has already created a stir. It received over 200 million views in just 24 hours. Yash's clean-shaven look is also currently trending on social media.  

Apart from Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth and Tara Sutaria will also be seen in important roles in the film. 'Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-ups' has been shot simultaneously in Kannada and English. Apart from this, it will also be released in many languages ​​including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam. The film is going to be released worldwide on March 19, 2026.
