Kanpur IIT: It is said that necessity is the mother of invention and inventions take the country forward step by step. In this fast-paced era, everyone is in a hurry and has less time, due to which a technology was worked on at Kanpur IIT which claims to give new impetus to the future.  

A detonation tube has been developed at IIT Kanpur which will increase the speed of vehicles and planes by several times and the fuel consumption will also be reduced by half. With this technology, such engines will be made which will be considered the best engines in the world.

The IIT professor and his team have been working on this technology for the last two years to find something that can speed up the engine. A team at IIT Kanpur has done something like this. Actually, the scientists in Kanpur have succeeded in controlling the detonation
so that the speed of the engine can be increased manifold.

The amount of fuel used in this will also be half. Research was being done in the field of controlling the high combustion produced in detonation technology. This is the first time that detonation based research has been done. In this technology, the fuel is burnt at the detonation mode, in which the fuel burns very fast.

What did the professor say?
Due to this, energy is released rapidly and this process will make the engine high speed. Professor Ajay Vikram Singh of IIT Kanpur was working with his team for a long time on this research. He said that the Detonation Tube Research Facility will find out the reason behind the explosion to advance knowledge in the field of combustion and propulsion. 

Detonation Tube Research Facility will take aerospace forward. The professor said that we can develop engines that are not only efficient but can also be used in very high speed motors and aircraft. This research will give our country recognition in the world.
