A strange case of theft has been seen at a jewellery shop in Odisha's Bhadrak district. Actually, a person who came to buy jewellery at a shop here, escaped with jewellery worth Rs 5 lakh from the shop in just a few minutes. This incident happened at a jewellery shop in Bhadrak. Here two miscreants first entered the jewellery shop posing as customers. The showroom staff thought that these people were real customers. One of the miscreants even greeted the staff so that no one could suspect them of being thieves. During this, the miscreants asked the employee working at the showroom to show the jewellery.

Theft on the pretext of seeing jewelry

During this, as soon as the staff started showing them the jewellery, they took pictures of the jewellery on some pretext and said that they would send the pictures to their home and take advice. After this, the miscreants pretended to talk on the phone and suddenly ran away from the showroom. The entire incident was captured in the CCTV cameras installed in the showroom. The footage clearly shows how professional the miscreants were. They spent only a few minutes in the showroom and carried out the entire incident without any hurry. After getting information about the incident, the police have started investigation. The miscreants are being identified with the help of CCTV footage.

After this the shopkeeper starts showing him the jewelry. Then he shows a gold necklace to the thieves. In no time the thief first takes the jewelry out of the box and holds it in his hands and then slowly he moves forward and then runs out of the shop at a fast speed. By the time the people working in the shop understand, the thief escapes from there. Let us tell you that on the basis of CCTV footage the police is investigating the case and identifying the thieves.
