Tyuni Road Accident: Three people including a mother and son died in a tragic road accident in Tyuni, Uttarakhand, while three others were seriously injured. The accident took place near the Raigi temple on Saturday (October 12), when a car went out of control and fell into a 100 meter deep gorge. 

There were a total of six people in the car, who were returning from a wedding ceremony. With the help of police and local people, the injured were taken out of the ditch and taken to the hospital, where three people died. 

According to information received
, Manish Nautiyal (25) son of Barudatt, a resident of Dagoli village in the Mori police station area of ​​Uttarkashi, was returning to Tyuni in his car after attending a wedding ceremony in Meghtu village. 

Besides Manish, the other passengers in the car were Anita (30), wife of Umesh from Meghtu village, their three-year-old son Sauransh, Surat Ram Joshi (78), son of Tangru from Mundol, Itika (25), daughter of Sahajram and Jayendra (38), son of Patiram, a resident of Chilhad village.

Suddenly the car went out of control near Raigi temple and went out of the control of driver Manish Nautiyal. Before he could control the situation, the car fell into a deep ditch. On getting information about the accident, police station in-charge Ashish Raviyan reached the spot with his team. 

The condition of the injured is critical.
The police took the injured out of the ditch with the help of local villagers. All the injured were immediately brought to the Primary Health Center, Tyuni. Anita, her son Souransh and Surat Ram Joshi died during treatment in the hospital. 

Car driver Manish Nautiyal, Itika and Jayendra have suffered serious injuries. All three injured have been referred to a higher centre for better treatment. Doctors said that the condition of the injured is critical and their treatment is ongoing.

Police station in-charge Ashish Raviyan said that the car driver Manish lost control of the car due to drowsiness, due to which this accident happened. The police have sent the bodies of the deceased for post-mortem after filling the Panchnama. After this accident, a wave of mourning has spread in the entire area.
