Why life certificate is necessary

When to submit life certificate?
According to the rules issued by the government, pensioners between the ages of 60 and 80 have to submit their life certificates between 1st November and 30th November. Pensioners above the age of 80 have the time to submit their life certificates between 1st October and 30th November. If the life certificate is not submitted within this time limit, the pension may be stopped.
How to submit life certificate from home
You can go to the Pensioner Welfare Department of the Finance Ministry and submit your life certificate through face authentication. Apart from this, pensioners can also submit their life certificate from home using 'AadhaarFaceRD' and 'Jeevan Praman Face App'.
How to submit life certificate from the app

Now open the app and enter your mobile number.

Now fill all the required information and then take a photo from the front camera of the phone and submit it.
After the photo is uploaded, submit the form.
