New Delhi: Actress Sonam Kapoor and her millionaire businessman Anand Ahuja's name is in the headlines these days. Both of them are members of Bhane Group and have bought Mumbai's prestigious Rhythm House. They have bought this property for Rs 47.8 crore.

Earlier this property was owned by Nirav Modi but it was seized after he got stuck in a bank loan of billions of dollars. Rhythm House is a famous property in Mumbai
This is a music store which once belonged to fugitive Nirav Modi. In 2018, Modi's company Firestar Diamond International defaulted on repaying the bank loan, after which it was closed. Rhythm House is in Kala Ghoda district of Mumbai and is spread over 3,600 square feet. Before being closed, this store was very famous. Veteran musicians and Bollywood actors used to come here.
Although it collapsed in the 1990s due to the rise of music piracy and digital streaming, the store is renowned for its musical instruments and vinyl records, expanding over the years to include CDs and DVDs.
Sonam Kapoor will return to films
Nirav Modi bought Rhythm House from the Karamli family in 2017. But after that its doors were closed forever. Sonam Kapoor married Anand Ahuja in the year 2018. After this, in the year 2022, the couple welcomed their first child Vayu Kapoor Ahuja. Sonam has not yet returned to Bollywood since the birth of Vayu. Fans are eagerly waiting for the actress to return to the big screen.
