Skanda Dev Puja Vidhi (Skanda Sashti Puja Vidhi 2025)
Wake up early in the morning and take a bath by adding Gangajal to the water. Take a vow to fast and clean the temple. Install a picture of Lord Kartikeya on an altar . Bathe him with Gangajal, Panchamrit and pure water. Apply a tilak of white and gopi sandalwood. Offer a garland of flowers. Light a lamp of desi ghee. Offer seasonal fruits and homemade prasad. Chant Vedic mantras of Skanda Bhagwan. Recite the birth story of Skanda Dev . Conclude the puja with Aarti. End the fast with prasad the next day.
Skanda Sashti Shubh Muhurat
The Shashthi Tithi of Shukla Paksha will end today i.e. on 05 January at 08:15 pm. Considering the Udaya Tithi, Skanda Shashthi is being celebrated today i.e. on 05 January, 2025. On this day, Vijay Muhurta will be from 02:11 pm to 02:52 pm.
Twilight Muhurta will be from 05:36 pm to 06:03 pm. At the same time, Nishita Muhurta will be from 12 am to 12:54 am.
