South industry's famous actor Naga Chaitanya married Shobhita Dhulipala on 4 December last year. This is Naga's second marriage. Before this, he was married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. However, the couple separated after four years of marriage.

I will think a thousand times before doing this - Naga

Now, after two years of his marriage, Naga Chaitanya has spoken openly about his divorce. Naga said that both of them had taken this decision with mutual consent. He said that a person who is already coming from a broken family, i.e. if something like this has happened in his family before, then he will think a thousand times before doing all this.

People should give us privacy

"We wanted to go our own ways. We made this decision for our own reasons and we respect each other. We are moving forward in our lives, in our own ways. I don't understand why there is a need for more explanation than that. I hope the audience and the media will respect that. We have asked for privacy. Please respect us and give us privacy on this matter. But, unfortunately, it has become a headline. It has become a topic of gossip. It has become entertainment," Chey said on the Raw Talks with VK podcast.

Nagas are being treated like criminals

Naga Chaitanya further said- 'I have moved on with grace. She (Samantha) has also moved on with grace. We are living our lives. I have found love again and I am very happy. It is not that this is happening only in my life, then why am I being treated like a criminal.'

"It's not that I wasn't disappointed. I feel bad that this happened but everything happens for a reason. If you try and progress, you will soon find the right path. This is what happened to me." Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu got married in the year 2017. The two got divorced in the year 2021. Naga Chaitanya is now married to Shobhita Dhulipala.
