During this, a dozen people from one party allegedly entered the victim's house and beat up his brother and mother, due to which they were seriously injured. The victim claims that during this time the accused also fired at his family members with a pistol. 

After this incident, there was chaos on the spot. The family members hurriedly admitted the young man and the woman injured in the fight to the government hospital of the town. The doctors referred them to Meerut after seeing their serious health condition. The police have registered a case on the complaint of the victim and started searching for the accused. The incident happened
in Gadhi Daulat village of Kandhla police station area of ​​Shamli district. Where a person named Munir has filed a case in Kandhla police station. In the complaint letter given to the police, Munir told that in the evening, the victim's brother Azim had an altercation with Wasim, a resident of the same village. At that time, the people present on the spot pacified both of them and sent them home. 

The victim alleges that soon after this incident, Wasim along with his associates Bhura, Dilshad, Sufiyan, Yakub, Bhura, Danish, Munsad, Nadeem, Monis, Lalu, Azim, Rifakat, Junaid, Imlak, Junaid, Ehsan and Altaf entered his house with sticks, sharp weapons and illegal guns in their hands. During this, the accused broke the victim's camera and fired from the gun.

Victim Munir alleged that the named accused entered his house and attacked the victim's brother Amil and mother Tahira with the intention of killing them. In this sudden attack, the victim's brother and mother were seriously injured. When there was a commotion, the accused fled from the spot threatening to kill. 

After this, the victim admitted his seriously injured brother and mother to the government hospital of the town. Seeing the serious health condition of the victim's brother and mother, the doctors referred them to Meerut. Where they are undergoing treatment.
