Sattu porridge

Sattu Daliya is made as a sweet dish. It is very easy to make and it is tasty as well as nutritious. To make it, boil sattu in milk or water for some time and then add chopped dry fruits and a little jaggery for sweetness. You can eat this healthy sweet dish after dinner.

Sattu Laddu

Sattu laddu made from roasted gram is full of health benefits. To make it, add ghee, chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and jaggery to the sattu flour and mix it well and then prepare small round laddus from it.

Sattu Parantha

Sattu paratha is a very tasty and healthy dish. To make it, add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, celery, mangorel, cumin, lemon juice and salt as per taste to the sattu and mix well and prepare the stuffing. Now fill it in dough balls and make parathas.

Sattu Drink

It is very easy to prepare Sattu drink . To make it, mix two tablespoons of Sattu, finely chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder, black salt as per taste and lemon juice in a glass of water or buttermilk and prepare Sattu drink by mixing it well.

Satay Salad

Sattu salad helps in keeping the stomach cool and reducing weight . For this, add sattu, lemon juice and black salt as per taste to the chopped vegetable pieces like onion, cucumber, tomato, capsicum, mix well and eat.
