Pratapgarh. Bhanvi Singh, wife of Jansatta Dal Democratic Party's national president Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, has appealed to Union Home Minister Amit Shah for justice. She wrote a message on Instagram and alleged that efforts are being made to save MLC Akshay Pratap Singh alias Gopal ji in a case of fraud and forgery.

He has demanded an impartial investigation of this matter and action should be taken. The case of Kunda MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh and his wife has come into discussion again after one and a quarter years. In February 2023, Bhanvi had filed a case against MLC Akshay Pratap Singh in the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) wing of Delhi under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 109 and 120B of the IPC.

His allegation was that Akshay Pratap had usurped the shares of his company by forging his signature. For this, he got a fake digital signature of Bhanvi Singh made. He removed her from the company and became the director himself.

The EOW wing of Delhi Police is investigating this case. As no action was taken in this case for one and a quarter years, Bhanvi wrote a message on X after 2 pm on Thursday afternoon.

In a message addressed to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, he appealed that in February 2023, he had lodged a case against seven people including MLC Akshay Pratap in the Economic Offenses Wing of Delhi Police under sections including fraud and forgery. He had also recorded his statement, but more than a year has passed since the case was registered, till now the police has not taken any action in the name of investigation.

He has alleged that the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) is trying to save Akshay Pratap Singh in this case. He has demanded action from the Union Home Minister in this case.

In this case, the EOW had registered a case against Akshay Pratap Singh of Amethi in Uttar Pradesh along with Anil Kumar Singh, Indra Dev Patel, Umesh Kumar Nigam of Kunda in Pratapgarh, Hari Om Shankar Srivastava, CA Arun Kumar Rastogi of Lucknow and Ram Dev Yadav and other unknown persons.

Bhanvi's company is Shri The Properties Private Limited. This company has many properties in Amethi, Lucknow and Delhi-NCR. It is alleged that all the accused are also doing business of benami properties through the company.

In this case, MLC Akshay Pratap Singh Gopal ji says that the amount of money she (Bhanvi Singh) has alleged is spent every year on mass marriages. If one wants justice, he should go to Bade Maharaj and Raja Bhaiya, at present the police is investigating the case. We are fully confident that we will get justice.
