Mix semolina and rice flour in one cup of ragi flour. Now add finely chopped ginger, chili, coriander, curry leaves, onion along with black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and water and prepare the batter. After leaving the batter for some time, apply butter on the pan and make hot crisp ragi dosa .

Ragi Laddu

Roast the ragi flour in ghee. Roast almonds, walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, melon seeds and grind them coarsely in a blender. Melt jaggery in water in a bowl. Take roasted ragi powder in a large bowl, add ghee and ground nuts and seeds to it. Then knead it like dough with jaggery water. Make nutritious and tasty laddus from it.

Ragi Idli

Add ragi powder to the idli batter and mix well. Pour it into a regular mould and make idlis and enjoy with coconut chutney.

Ragi Pan Cake

Mash a ripe banana. Now add oats and ragi powder to it and add nut powder. Make small pancakes and shallow fry them in ghee. Ragi pancakes are ready.
