Gorakhpur.  Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat described BJP national president JP Nadda's statement related to the Sangh as his personal opinion. He said, in our country every citizen has the freedom to express his views openly. The organization has nothing to do with his statement. In such a situation, there is no need to link his statement with the policies of the party and the organization. However, the Sangh has termed this news as baseless.

RSS's All India Publicity Chief Sunil Ambekar denied this news on social media and wrote, "This news is completely baseless. The respected Sarsanghchalak ji has not made any public statement in Gorakhpur. He is currently on a nationwide tour for a training program under the Sangh."

Let us tell you, the Sangh chief said these things on Sunday while interacting with the trainees in the Sangh's Eastern Region Karyakarta Vikas Varg going on in SMV Public School, in response to a question from a volunteer related to Nadda's statement. Recently, BJP's National President JP Nadda had said in an interview to the media that the party is progressing rapidly. Now it has reached a position where it does not need the Sangh. Now BJP is capable of doing every task on its own.

Describing the Sangh as an ideological front, he had indirectly questioned its relevance regarding its interference in the BJP. He had said that he works ideologically and we work as a political organization. When a trainee asked a question about this in the worker development class, Mohan Bhagwat pacified his curiosity. He said that there is no need to pay attention to this. One only needs to keep working to achieve the objectives of the organization.

Be sensitive towards conversion, keep an eye on love jihad

During the dialogue, Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat told the volunteers to be very sensitive towards conversion from Hinduism to any other religion. If you get information about conversion anywhere, try to stop it without any frenzy. Find out the reason for conversion from those who choose the path of conversion and try to remove the reasons found, so that such activities can be stopped permanently.

On a question about conversion, he not only cautioned the volunteers to stop conversion from Hinduism to another religion, but also advised them to make the path easier for those who wish to join Hinduism. He said that all such people should be invited to the branches and made aware of the working of the Sangh, so that their attraction towards the organization increases and they can ensure their role in nation building through the Sangh.

Bhagwat, while satisfying the curiosity of a trainee volunteer about love jihad, said that this is a conspiracy to destroy the rituals and culture of Hinduism. It should not be allowed to succeed. We have to keep a close watch on the incidents of love jihad. We have to remain constantly alert to stop it. As soon as we get information about the incident, stop it in an organised manner.

Do not trust information on internet media without verifying it

During the conversation with the volunteers, a discussion also arose about the credibility of the news broadcast on the internet media. On this, Mohan Bhagwat said that do not ignore the information received from the internet media, but believe it only after testing it on the touchstone of truth. It is important to be cautious about the veracity of the information. Every information is related to some benefit or loss. In such a situation, everyone has to take it seriously.
