
The country's largest real estate company DLF has announced the results of the third quarter of the financial year 2025. The company's profit has increased to Rs 1,058.7 crore in the quarter ended December, which is an increase of 61.2 percent from the profit of Rs 656.6 crore in this quarter a year ago. The company's income has increased to Rs 1,528.7 crore in the December quarter, which was Rs 1,521.3 crore in this quarter a year ago.
The company said in an exchange filing that EBITDA in the December quarter has declined from Rs 511 crore to Rs 400 crore year-on-year. This decline in the company's EBITDA is 21.7 percent. While the company's EBITDA margin has come down to 26.2 percent, which was 33.6 percent in this quarter a year ago. Share performance DLF's stock closed at Rs 692.80 on Friday with a decline of 3.11 percent. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a decline of 7.31 percent. The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 967.60.
