DLF Q2 results- The realty company has registered a profit of 121 percent in the second quarter of FY 2025. In the quarter ended September, the company's profit has increased from Rs 621.9 crore year-on-year to Rs 1,381 crore. The company's income has seen a growth of 46.5 percent, reaching Rs 1,975 crore. A year ago in this quarter, the company had registered an income of Rs 1,347.7 crore.

The company's EBITDA has increased by 8.6 percent to Rs 502 crore, which was Rs 462.4 crore in this quarter a year ago. EBITDA margin has come down from 34.3 percent to 25.4 percent. LODHA's Q2 results - Realty firm Macrotech Developers Limited (LODHA) has released the results for the second quarter ended 30 September 2024. The company has said that during this period the company's profit has seen an increase of 108.63 percent, which has reached Rs 423 crore. The company said in a regulatory filing that in the same quarter of the previous financial year, Macrotech Developers had earned a profit of Rs 202.8 crore. The company's income grew 50.1 percent to Rs 2,625.7 crore, while in the second quarter of FY 2024 it was Rs 1,749.6 crore. The company's EBITDA grew 69.9 percent to Rs 648.3 crore in the second quarter of this financial year, from Rs 381.8 crore in the same period a year ago. The EBITDA margin stood at 24.7 percent in this quarter, while it was 21.8 percent in the same period of FY 2024.
