INDIA CEMENTS has announced its quarterly results on the exchange. The loss has increased on an annual basis. Compared to the July-September quarter of the financial year 2023-24, the loss has increased from Rs 81.4 crore to Rs 240 crore in the July-September quarter of the financial year 2024-25.

INDIA CEMENTS' revenue has fallen.  The loss has increased on an annual basis. In comparison to the July-September quarter of the financial year 2023-24, the revenue has fallen from Rs 1,222 crore to Rs 1,017 crore in the July-September quarter of the financial year 2024-25.

India Cement sold -

 

UltraTech Cements, the giant cement company of Aditya Birla Group, has bought India Cements. Will buy 77% stake. The subsidiary company of Aditya Birla Group said, 'Ultra Tech had invested in India Cements in June 2024 to buy 22.77% shares at a price of Rs 268 per share. Bonus Share: 400% return - FIIs bought heavily - now the gift of bonus shares
