Haridwar Accident: A tragic road accident took place late Wednesday night near Shanidev Temple in Bahadarabad police station area in Haridwar. In which four youths lost their lives and one youth was seriously injured. The five youths were coming to Haridwar from Rewari in Haryana. During this time, their car collided with a truck parked on the roadside. The collision was so severe that the car was shattered and three youths died on the spot.
According to the news, five people from Lisadi village in Haryana's Rewari district, Career Singh (35), Aditya (38), Manish (36), Prakash (40) and Mahipal (32), were coming to Haridwar for a visit. As soon as their car reached near the Shanidev temple near Bahadarabad, their car collided with a truck parked on the side of the road. The horror of the accident can be gauged from the fact that the car was badly damaged.
Three died on the spot after the
accident. After the accident, there was chaos in the entire area. The collision was so severe that Care Singh, Aditya and Manish, who were in the car, died on the spot. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and somehow pulled out the two other people trapped in the car and immediately admitted them to the district hospital. Where Prakash was declared dead by the doctors. While a person named Mahipal has been referred to a higher center after first aid.
Bahadarabad police station chief Naresh Rathore said that all the deceased and injured youths are residents of Lisadi village in Rewari district of Haryana. The police have informed the families of the deceased and the bodies have been sent for post-mortem. Investigation into the case has been started, and further action will be taken based on the complaint of the family members.
The truck was standing on the road for many hours.
Locals who reached the spot after the accident said that the truck was standing on the roadside for a long time without any sign. Due to this, the car driver could not see the truck at night and this accident happened. People have demanded from the administration that strict action should be taken against vehicles standing on the highway and road safety rules should be made effective to prevent such incidents.
