Ola Electric Mobility Share: The troubles of electric two-wheeler company Ola Electric Mobility are not ending. The Department of Consumer Affairs has decided to investigate the company's claim in which the company has said that it has resolved 99.1 percent of the 10,644 complaints. Ola Electric itself said in a regulatory filing that it has received a notice from the Central Consumer Protection Authority and has been asked to respond within 15 days.
Ola Electric informed the stock exchange on October 21, 2024 that Ola Electric has a very robust system to resolve consumer complaints regarding vehicles. We would like to inform that out of the total 10,644 complaints received from the Central Consumer Protection Authority, 99.1 percent of the complaints have been resolved under Ola Electric's strong redressal mechanism till the customers are completely satisfied.
The New Indian Express, quoting sources, reported that the Department of Consumer Affairs will investigate this claim of Ola Electric and the ministry itself will contact those customers who had complained to the Central Consumer Protection Authority about the poor services of the company and confirm Ola Electric's claim with them.

Responding to a post on October 29, 2024, Kunal Kamra also attacked the Central Consumer Protection Authority and said that the CCPA is sleeping.
Earlier on Tuesday, October 29, the stock of Ola Electric Mobility slipped below its IPO price of Rs 76 for the first time on the stock exchange. The company's stock slipped below the IPO price of Rs 76 for the first time and fell to Rs 74.84. However, in the trading session of Wednesday, October 30, the stock of Ola Electric is trading at Rs 78.71 with a jump of 3.13 percent.
