If there is a problem in the kidney, many problems can start in the body like high blood pressure, lack of appetite, fatigue, electrolyte imbalance etc. Therefore, adopt these 4 special habits in the morning which will keep your kidney always healthy-

 

Reduce the amount of salt in breakfast

Do not eat too much salt in breakfast. Consuming a high salt diet reduces calcium in the urine, which increases the chances of kidney stones. Consuming more sodium or salt increases blood pressure, which directly affects the kidneys.

 

Stay Active

Do yoga or stretching, or exercise and workout, but after getting up in the morning, do something that moves the body. This helps in flushing out toxins from the body through sweat, which makes the kidneys work easier. Aerobic exercise improves renal function. Movements like jogging, brisk walking or cycling can be done easily in the morning.

 

Eat fresh fruits

Eat low fat dairy products in breakfast, replace salt with seasonings like spices, herbs, olive oil, black pepper powder or lemon. Avoid processed foods. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. To keep the kidneys healthy, eat the DASH diet which is recommended by the National Kidney Foundation which consists of a diet that reduces hypertension and controls cholesterol levels and improves kidney health.

 

Keep track of water

The more water we drink, the more the kidneys are able to eliminate waste and toxins from the body through urine. Water also helps keep the blood vessels open so that nutrients can reach the kidneys easily.
