Tata Trusts broadly include Sir Ratan Tata Trust and Allied Trusts and Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Allied Trusts, which hold 66 percent stake in Tata Sons.

Noel Tata is Cyrus Mistry's brother-in-law

Apart from this, Noel Tata is also the chairman of Voltas and Tata International. Noel Tata's wife Alu Tata is Cyrus Mistry's sister. Alu Tata is a part of the Shapoorji Pallonji family, which is the largest individual shareholder of Tata Sons with more than 18.4 percent stake.
