SEBI has reduced the time for crediting bonus shares to the demat account. Bonus share credit time has been reduced to 2 days

 



Bonus shares will be available within 2 days of the record date. New rules will be applicable on bonus share credit from October 1. After board approval of the bonus issue, the company will have to get approval from the exchange within 5 days.
