UP 69000 Shikshak Bharti News:   The case of recruitment of 69,000 teachers in Uttar Pradesh was heard in the Supreme Court on Monday. A bench headed by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud heard the case and gave the next date for September 23. The Supreme Court has sought answers from both the parties.

Chandrashekhar, MP from Nagina Lok Sabha constituency and leader of Azad Samaj Party (Kanshiram), has reacted on this matter. Chandrashekhar wrote on social media site X - On August 16, 2024, the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court had put its stamp on the scam in reservation in teacher recruitment (2018) and gave 3 months time to the UP government to give justice to the candidates deprived of justice.

Nagina MP wrote- Today the Hon'ble Supreme Court has stayed the order of the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court, this is personally painful for me. I respectfully request the Hon'ble Supreme Court to ensure justice to these reserved category candidates because already 5 years of theirs have been sacrificed to the stubbornness of the government and the officials.. Our party is constantly monitoring this matter and stands with the students for their rights in any situation.

Let us tell you that after the Allahabad High Court, it was believed that the government would release a new list in a few days, however, within a month the matter reached the Supreme Court. The High Court had given three months to implement its order.
