Mahoba News Today: The SOG team and the local police have achieved great success by taking joint action in Mahoba. The police have arrested two criminals including an inter-state accused. The police have revealed two major incidents of theft by arresting these two accused. 

Both the inter-state criminals have already been booked under several serious sections. The police have recovered precious jewellery from both the criminals, which is said to be worth about Rs 6 lakh. Apart from this, Rs 2 lakh 10 thousand cash has been recovered. The police have filed a case against both of them under serious sections and sent them to jail.

Police Vandana Singh said that the SOG and local police have succeeded in solving two major theft incidents that had happened in the past. 

Let us tell you, two big thefts took place in the city a few days ago. After the thefts, the police became alert and after registering the case, they were engaged in further investigation. In this connection, after investigation, the police has disclosed the thefts and arrested two inter-state criminals. 

What did the police say?
On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Palash Bansal, teams of SOG and Thana police were formed to uncover the theft. These teams were continuously running a campaign to catch the accused. He told that today i.e. on Monday, the police have arrested inter-state accused Charan Singh Ahirwar and Deepak Ahirwar. 

Superintendent of Police Palash Bansal said that gold jewellery worth Rs 4.5 lakh and silver jewellery worth Rs 1.5 lakh have been recovered from the accused. He said that apart from this, cash worth Rs 2.10 lakh has been recovered from the accused. 

16 cases are registered against the accused
Mahoba Superintendent of Police Palash Bansal said that a case has been registered against both the accused under Section 331 (4), 317 (2) BNS. He said that both of them are vicious criminals and have a long criminal history, against whom 16 cases are already registered. At present, both the criminals have been sent to jail.
