Mahoba News: After the Sadar MLA complained about the negligence and mismanagement in the treatment of patients in Mahoba District Hospital, today Additional Director Health Rekha Rani conducted a surprise inspection of the district hospital. The surprise inspection of the Additional Director created panic among the deployed health workers. During the inspection, the CMS himself was found absent from duty without any information. On the other hand, seeing the dirt in the hospital premises and wards, he has reprimanded them severely. 

 

Not only this, seeing the ACs switched off in the ICU ward and other wards, he ordered an investigation and during this inspection he admitted that Bundelkhand is lagging behind in health services and the workload is increasing due to the shortage of health workers in Chitrakoot Dham Mandal. A letter has been written to the government for action regarding the absence of CMS on duty and the negligence of health workers.

 

The additional director did a surprise inspection


The state government is making all efforts to improve the health services. But in Mahoba district hospital, negligence is being shown in the treatment of patients. On the complaint of Sadar MLA Rakesh Goswami about the mismanagement, additional director health Rekha Rani did a surprise inspection of the hospital today. Her inspection created panic among the doctors and staff present there. She reached the OPD on time for inspection where she not only inspected the OPD but also went to each doctor's cabin. 

 

During this, he found that the district hospital has the best arrangements. Where not only negligence is being done in the name of treatment of patients, but better health services are not being made available to them as per the intention of the government. Not only this, CMS Dr. Pawan Agarwal was found missing from duty without any information in the district hospital, on which he has expressed displeasure. He talked about writing a letter to the government on the absence of orthopedic doctor in the hospital, while regarding the shortage of staff nurses, sisters and doctors in the district hospital, he said that Bundelkhand is the most backward in health services.

 

He examined the ground reality of the health services


Due to the shortage of health workers, Chitrakoot Dham Mandal has the highest workload. Regarding which he has written a letter to the government. Not only this, on seeing the dirt in the wards including the district hospital premises, he reprimanded the CMS in charge. He examined the ground reality of the health services available in the hospital by inspecting all the sections from OPD to emergency. He went to the X-ray room and medicine distribution sections etc. and enquired from the patients. Where it was found that there is evasion in the facilities being provided here. 

 

He expressed his displeasure on finding dirt in the wards as well as missing bed sheets etc. While talking to journalists, he said that he was getting complaints from Sadar MLA Rakesh Goswami that the patients coming to the district hospital are not getting proper treatment and outside medicines are being prescribed. Taking this complaint seriously, he himself conducted a surprise inspection. Where he found irregularities. Whatever was found during the inspection will be written and sent to the government.
