Realty firm Macrotech Developers Limited (LODHA) has released the results for the second quarter ended 30 September 2024. The company has said that during this period the company's profit has seen an increase of 108.63 per cent, which has reached Rs 423 crore. The company said in a regulatory filing that in the same quarter of the previous financial year, Macrotech Developers had earned a profit of Rs 202.8 crore.
The company's revenue grew 50.1 per cent to Rs 2,625.7 crore as against Rs 1,749.6 crore in the second quarter of FY2024. The company's EBITDA grew 69.9 per cent to Rs 648.3 crore in the second quarter of this financial year from Rs 381.8 crore in the same period a year ago. The EBITDA margin stood at 24.7 per cent in this quarter as against 21.8 per cent in the same period of FY2024. Stock performance On Friday, the company's stock closed 0.56 per cent higher at Rs 1,071.05. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a growth of 41.18 per cent. The stock's 52 Wook High is Rs 1,649.95.
