Jerusalem. 45 Palestinians were killed on Friday in Israeli bombing of Rafah and other areas of Gaza. The Israeli army has said that it is fighting with Palestinian terrorists in many places. The Israeli army has been fighting in the city of Rafah, located near the Egyptian border, for about one and a half months but has failed to capture it completely.

More than 100,000 homeless Palestinians from other cities of Gaza are still taking refuge in Rafah, while the number of refugees was 1.4 million at the beginning of May. About 1.3 million have fled to other parts of Gaza to escape Israeli attacks.

12 Palestinian refugees killed in shelling

According to residents of Rafah, Israeli tanks are shelling the city from its western and northern borders, while fighter jets are intermittently bombing and warships anchored in the sea are firing rockets and missiles. On Friday, 12 Palestinian refugees were killed in shelling in the Mawasi area in the western part of Rafah.

The shell of the Israeli tank fell on the tents of these refugees. The people of Rafah say that Israeli action has increased in the last two days, due to which the resistance has also increased. According to Hamas, its fighters targeted two Israeli tanks on Thursday and destroyed them.

The entire city is in the grip of Israeli military action

Rafah's mayor Ahmed al-Sofi says that the entire city is under the grip of Israeli military action. The Israeli army is not at all concerned about the civilians living here. That is why a large number of civilians are being killed every day. There is no facility left to treat the injured. A large number of people have also been killed in Israeli military action in Nuseirat, located in the middle of Gaza.

Army sources have said that most of the people killed were Palestinian terrorists and the terrorists were killed during the operation conducted after getting information about an arms depot in the area. Meanwhile, two Palestinians are reported to have been killed by Israeli security forces in the Israeli-occupied West Bank.

Armenia recognizes Palestine

Armenia has also recognised Palestine as a nation, ignoring Israeli objections. Armenia also supported the UN resolution for immediate ceasefire in Gaza. It has also supported the two-nation theory to end the regional dispute.
