In the year 2018, Chahat Khanna and her husband got divorced. Now the actress has made some claims about her ex-husband in an interview. She has spoken about many things from accepting Islam to mental harassment. In an interview to Zoom, Chahat Khanna said that she has no regrets about converting to Islam but she is very happy to return to Sanatan Dharma. She said, 'I am not religious at all. But I am very spiritual. I am very liberal. And believe in all religions. I am not fanatic. When I got married, I learned about Islam. I gained a lot of knowledge about it. I also believe in Jesus Christ. I am a Kali devotee and also a Krishna devotee.'
