Income tax raid at Sukumar's house 

Apart from its immense success at the box office, Pushpa 2 has been continuously making headlines due to controversies. Now a new case of Income Tax raid has come to light. According to a report by Sakshi Post, on the morning of 22 January, Income Tax raids were conducted at the house and office of Pushpa Part 2 director Sukumar in Hyderabad. 

According to the news, Sukumar was not at his residence at that time, but was present at Hyderabad airport. Income Tax Department officials called him back home from the airport and then conducted a raid. However, it is not confirmed whether the Income Tax Department officers found anything in this raid or not.

Not just Sukumar, but earlier the income tax department had raided the house of Pushpa 2 producer Dil Raju as well. In this way, you can say that after the immense success of the film, the entire team has been eclipsed. A statement from Sukumar is yet to come on this matter. 

 

Pushpa 2's record breaking collection 

If we look at the box office collection of Sukumar's movie Pushpa Part 2, the movie has earned close to 1230 crores at the domestic box office. This movie is still running in theatres even after 48 days of its release.

Worldwide Total Collection- 1850 Crore

Apart from this, Pushpa- The Rule has become the second most successful film of Indian cinema in terms of worldwide collection. Till now this film has done a business of more than 1850 crores worldwide.
