UP News: After the auction of enemy property of Nuru, a relative of former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf, about 66 bigha agricultural land in Kotana village has been declared as enemy property. This property belonged to Abdul Rehman, who left the village and went to Pakistan in 1970. The process of declaring this land as enemy property was going on since 2010, but some people went to the court by committing fraud.

The administration claims that the court has resolved the dispute, after which 66 bighas of land has been declared enemy property. The auction process will be implemented soon. After Nuru, a family member of former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf, Abdul Rehman son of Majeed, a resident of Kotana village, also left the village with his family and went to Pakistan.

The matter was settled after many years,
but about 66 bighas of agricultural land remained in his name in the village. Later, many people got some of this land registered in their names by fraudulent means and also sold it by doing a deed. On this basis, people even went to court, but the court settled the case many years ago.

The process of declaring this land as enemy property by the government was going on since 2010, but this file remained buried in the tehsil. A few days ago, when 13 bigha enemy property of Nuru, a relative of Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf, was auctioned in Kotana village, the government's attention also fell on Abdul Rehman's 66 bigha land, after which DM Jitendra Pratap Singh got the buried file out and started the process of declaring this land as enemy property. Now this land has been declared enemy property.

What is the demand?
The enemy property of Nuru, a relative of former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf, was auctioned for Rs 1.38 crore and now 66 bighas of land will be auctioned as enemy property of Abdul Rehman. The cost of which will be several crores of rupees. This money should be used for the development of national interest.
