Saharanpur News Today: A case of brutality against a girl has come to light in the Deoband police station area of Saharanpur district. A case has been registered against nine named and six unknown people on the charges of gang-raping the girl by feeding her intoxicants in sweets and making an obscene video. Giving this information, the police said that it has started investigating the case.
Superintendent of Police (rural) Sagar Jain said that the victim (22 years), a resident of a locality in Deoband, told in her complaint that her elder sister was friends with Sadiya and Samia of Pathanpura locality. She also told that both the sisters had taken her elder sister with them for some work.
The victim alleged that she was alone in the house when Sadia and Samia's brother Faizan reached her house. During this, he gave her sweets and cold drink and said that her elder sister who was present in their house had sent it .
The victim alleges that on Faizan's repeated insistence, she drank the cold drink and then ate sweets, due to which she fell unconscious within a short time.
The victim's marriage broke.
The victim alleges that during this time Faizan called his friends and gang-raped her. The victim says that Faizan's family members are also helping her and have threatened to kill her if she complains to the police.
The victim alleged that her and her brother's relationship was fixed, but the accused sent this obscene video to their future in-laws. After this, their relationship broke.
What did the police say?
Saharanpur Superintendent of Police (Rural) Sagar Jain said that on the basis of the victim's complaint, a case of criminal conspiracy and rape has been registered against nine people including Nauman, Faizan, Suleman, Khushnida, Samia, Farhan, Sadia and six unidentified people. The police is investigating the case impartially.
