Bhujangasana- To do Bhujangasana, lie down on your stomach, keep your hands near your shoulders and lift your body up. It helps in weight loss by promoting digestion and strengthens the waist muscles and gives relief from pain.

 

Shalabhasana- It is also called Locust Asana. To do this asana, lie down on your stomach and raise both legs and chest. This asana strengthens the back muscles and increases their flexibility. Its regular practice gives relief from back pain.

 

Ardha Matsyendrasana- To do this asana, sit on the ground in Dandasana and press the ground with your hands and bend the left leg and bring it over the right knee and place the left foot on the ground. This asana relieves pain and stiffness of the arms, shoulders, waist and neck .

 

Balasana- To do Balasana, sit in Vajrasana and then raise both the hands and take them back to the ground, bend forward and rest the head on the ground. This asana relaxes the shoulders, back, neck, waist and hips and reduces stress.

Tadasana- To do this, stand straight and raise your hands up. Doing this asana gives relief from back pain and relaxes the muscles.
