Jungle Camps India's IPO has opened for public subscription from Tuesday (December 10, 2024) i.e. today. Interested investors can bid for the IPO till Thursday (December 12, 2024). The company wants to raise ₹ 29.42 crore through this issue.


Price band and IPO structure
The company has fixed a price band of ₹68-72 per share for the IPO. The IPO is a completely fresh issue, under which 4,086,400 new shares will be issued. One lot will consist of 1,600 shares. Investors can bid for a minimum of 1,600 shares and in multiples of 1,600 thereafter. Huge jump in grey market premium Jungle Camps India's grey market premium is witnessing a strong increase. According to Business Standard, the company's shares were trading at ₹147 per share in the grey market, which reflects a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹75 (104.17%) as against the IPO's upper price band of ₹72. Listing and allotment The allotment process of Jungle Camps India is expected to be finalised on Friday (December 13, 2024). Shares can be deposited in demat accounts till Monday, (December 16, 2024). Jungle Camps India shares are expected to be listed on BSE SME on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Purpose of IPO Jungle Camps India will use the proceeds from the new issue for project development in Sanjay Dubri National Park in Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, some funds will also be used to renovate the Pench Jungle Camp Resort located in Pench National Park, Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, the remaining funds will be invested in its subsidiary Madhuvan Hospitality (MHPL) for capital expenditure related to the Mathura Hotel Project in Mathura and for general corporate purposes. Book Running Lead Manager and Registrar Skyline Financial Services is the registrar for the Jungle Camps India IPO, while Khambatta Securities is the sole book-running lead manager of this public issue. About the Company Jungle Camps India was founded in 2002. The company operates hospitality services including wildlife camps, hotels and restaurants in India. The company operates four boutique resorts in wildlife and tiger reserve national parks in central India. Apart from this, it manages a highway retreat and a restaurant. The company operates 87 rooms in its properties, which include facilities such as dining, swimming pool and spa.
