Trump porn star case:  US President-elect Donald Trump has got relief in the case of paying money to keep quiet. Manhattan Trial Court Judge Juan M Merchan has held him guilty in the case but has not sentenced him to jail or fine. This has cleared the way for Trump to take oath as President on January 20.

On Friday, the trial court gave its verdict after the Supreme Court refused to stay the announcement of the sentence in the case related to Trump. Trump has been found guilty of paying $ 1,30,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels in exchange for keeping quiet about their relationship in 2006.

Trump had given this amount before the presidential election in 2016. Trump was elected in this election and became the President of America. After the latest order of the trial court, Trump has now become the first former President of America to be convicted as guilty by the court and will also be the first person to hold the post of President.

Although Judge Marchan could have sentenced Trump to four years in prison after being convicted, the court gave relief to the elected President.

Trump said- the cases are politically motivated

After the trial court's decision, President-elect Trump said that the cases being run against him are politically motivated. He has had very bad experiences due to wrongful funding and other matters.

Porn star Stormy Daniels accused Trump of having sexual relations with her in 2006. Stormy alleged that Donald Trump had called her to his room for dinner at night. When she reached there, Trump had sex with her and also promised to get her a TV show.

Stormy Daniels had also alleged that Trump had paid her money to keep quiet so that she would not be defamed in the elections. It is alleged that Trump had paid Rs 1 crore illegally for this.

After this, the Manhattan court found in its investigation that Trump had tampered with the records to hide these things. Due to this, Trump was convicted in the case and now he will be sentenced.
