Haryana News: Police has arrested five accused in the murder case of student Aryan Mishra near Gadpuri on Delhi-Agra National Highway. They have been identified as Anil Kaushik, Varun, Krishna, Saurav and Adesh. All are said to be cow protectors. Mistaking Aryan to be a cow smuggler, they chased him and his landlord sitting in the car for about 20 kilometers on the highway and shot them. Police is investigating the matter further.

According to information received from the police, it has come to light during interrogation that on the night of August 23, the accused cow protectors had received information from an informer that Duster and Fortuner cars were roaming around. Due to this suspicion, the cow protectors started chasing the car and kept firing to stop it. At Gadpuri toll on the highway, the accused fired from behind to stop the car, which broke the rear glass of the car and hit the neck of Aryan Mishra sitting on the seat next to the driver.

After this, the car driver Harshit stopped the car. The accused then shot Aryan in the chest for the second time. After this, the accused saw that there were two women along with the boys in the car, then the accused understood that they had shot someone else in misunderstanding, after which the accused fled from the spot. Aryan died during treatment in a private hospital on 24 August, the second day of the incident. 

In this case, the father of the deceased Aryan had also given a written complaint to the police. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the Crime Branch started investigating the case. When the Crime Branch searched the CCTV, the accused were identified, after which the accused were arrested from their house. After this, the police have arrested five accused.

Let us tell you that 19-year-old Aryan Mishra was a 12th class student. He lived with his family in a rented house in NIT number five. On August 23, at around 9:30 pm, Aryan went to eat Maggi at a mall near Badkhal Metro with his landlord Shweta Gulati, her son Harshit, Shanky and a neighbor woman. After eating Maggi, he was returning to his home at around 11:30. During this time, this incident happened.
