Ghaziabad News: Ghaziabad's Vijay Nagar police station has revealed the kidnapping of a YouTuber. The accused has been arrested. The kidnappers kidnapped a YouTuber Praveen along with his Fortuner car. He was kidnapped after being stopped on the highway. The incident took place on September 5. The police received information about the kidnapping on the basis of which a team was immediately formed. One accused has been arrested. The search for the others is on.

DCP Rajesh Kumar said that Praveen is a YouTuber, who has about 3 lakh subscribers. He used to promote Tiranga Gaming App through social media on Instagram. Due to which many people invested their money in Tiranga Gaming App, in which his partner Rahul Gupta also lost a lot of money. Due to which the accused and Rahul Gupta Surendra, Manish, Hitesh Chaudhary together made a plan and kidnapped Praveen by stopping his Eco Sports car and his car Fortuner near Indian Oil Highway to get their money back. 

Four criminals managed to escape

while they were taking Praveen to Mathura in his Fortuner car. Surendra, Hitesh, Manoj and Pushpendra were sitting in Praveen's Fortuner car and in another car. When these people reached beyond Mathura, the police stopped the car. YouTuber Praveen was safely freed from the clutches of the kidnappers along with the Fortuner car. In this daring operation, a notorious accused Manish was caught by the police, while the other four criminals managed to escape.

During interrogation, Manish told that he, along with his friends Rahul, Surendra, Hitesh, and Manoj, kidnapped Praveen only because they had to recover the money invested in the gaming app. The arrested accused Manish is already facing 6 cases, while Surendra alias Saurabh has also been found involved in 4 criminal cases in Mathura. Due to the bravery of SWAT team (DCP Nagar) and Vijay Nagar police station, this kidnapping case was exposed. The accused also told how they carried out this kidnapping incident.
