A big update is coming out regarding YouTuber Elvish Yadav. It is being said that Elvish, who was in jail for the last 5 days on charges of supplying snake venom, got bail, but he will not be able to come out today. Elvish will have to spend one more night in jail. Noida jail administration will present Elvish in Gurugram court tomorrow.
Gurugram Police had
applied for the production warrant of Elvish in the Noida court, which was approved by the court. A case of assault has been registered against Elvish in Sector 53 of Gurugram. After Noida Police arrested Elvish, Gurugram Police had issued a production warrant to interrogate him. The court had permitted Gurugram Police to interrogate under a production warrant. Now Noida Jail Administration will present Elvish in Gurugram court tomorrow i.e. on 23 March 2023. Gurugram court will decide what to do next.
Let us tell you that on Friday his bail hearing was held in the lower court of NDPS. Elvish has got bail from the court on a bail bond of Rs 50-50 thousand. After spending 5 days in Luxor jail, Elvish will now return home, but it is not confirmed whether he will get the chance to go home or not.
Elvish's lawyer said this:
Elvish's lawyer Prashant Rathi told the media that he told the court that Elvish has been falsely implicated in this case. No material under the NDPS Act was recovered from him. Rahul, from whom the police had found poison, has already been granted bail.
Elvish was arrested by Noida Police on March 17 in the Cobra incident case. It is alleged that YouTubers supply snakes and their poison at rave parties. Not only this, Elvish was also accused of financing drugs. Noida Police arrested Elvish and presented him in the court. As per the order, he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. There are reports that during police interrogation, Elvish confessed that he used to supply snake venom.
