Varanasi News: Maha Kumbh is starting from January 13 and religious leaders and devotees have started arriving there from now itself. In this sequence, more than 10 crore devotees are expected to come to Varanasi during Maha Kumbh. Devotees will reach Varanasi on the occasion of Maha Kumbh mainly to take a bath in the Ganga and to have darshan of Baba Vishwanath. Meanwhile, the timing of the five special aartis of Baba Vishwanath that take place daily has also been changed.

According to the information received by ABP Live from the Kashi Vishwanath temple administration, special aarti of Lord Kashi Vishwanath is performed five times every day. Which includes Mangala Aarti, Bhog Aarti, Sapt Rishi Aarti, Shringar Bhog Aarti, Shayan Aarti. On normal days from 13 January to 26 February, the time of Mangala Aarti is 2:45 am, the time of Bhog Aarti is 11:35 in the afternoon, the time of Sapt Rishi Aarti is 7:00 pm, the time of Shringar Bhog Aarti is 8:45 pm and the time of Shayan Aarti is 10:30 pm. 

Whereas between January 13 and February 26, 20, 27, January 3, 10, 17 and 24 are Mondays. Out of the five aartis on these days, the timing of Shringar Aarti will change which will be performed at 9:00 pm and Shayan Aarti will also be performed at 10:45 pm.

There will be a change in the special Aarti time on the full moon date 

Apart from this, the temple administration has also informed that there will be a change in the special aarti time of Baba on the full moon day and Mahashivratri falling between 13 January and 26 February. The time of Sapt Rishi Aarti has been changed as compared to normal days on the full moon day between 13 January and 12 February, which will be performed at 6:15 pm. 

The main change happened on the day of Mahashivaratri

At the same time, Shringar Bhog Aarti will also be performed at 8:00 pm. While the most important change has been made on the day of Mahashivratri on 26 February . On this day, Mangala Aarti and Bhog Aarti will be performed at their scheduled time of 2:15 am and 11:35 pm respectively, while Sapt Rishi Aarti, Shringar Bhog Aarti and Shayan Aarti will not be performed. Apart from this, it has also been informed that the doors of the temple will not be closed on the night of Shivratri.
