Political controversy continues over free schemes in Delhi. Meanwhile, Youth Congress filed a complaint against AAP's national convenor Kejriwal and Delhi CM Atishi . On Wednesday (25 December), Delhi Youth Congress submitted a memorandum to Parliament Street police station.

Delhi Youth Congress state president Akshay Lakra said that our activists and lawyer colleagues went to Parliament Street police station. We went there to file a case against Arvind Kejriwal under section 316, 317 of BNS i.e. cheating and fraud.

Along with this, he said that the promises made by the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh have been fulfilled. Telangana CM said that bus travel is free for women, this is also visible on the ground, it is applicable under the government notification. But here, the Delhi government department has to issue a notification against the promises of Arvind Kejriwal. He told the public that there is no such plan. This has never happened to us. We will come down to the ground to make people aware.

Advocate Mohit Tanwar from the legal team of Delhi Youth Congress while giving information said, "We have filed a case of cheating and criminal under section 316, 317 of BNS. Aam Aadmi Party is making cards of people and collecting their information without any authority against which we have complained."

Youth Congress Vice President Ashidullah Khan said that our president and I have come to lodge a complaint with our legal team. We have submitted all the documents to the police. It is a matter of concern that what the Aam Aadmi Party is trying to do with the identity and information of the people is a big question.
