Pooja Bhatt has expressed her shock over Baba Siddiqui's death by sharing an emotional post on Instagram story. The actress wrote in the caption, "I am shocked by the news of Baba Siddiqui's death. The way he was killed is even more heartbreaking. It is a shock to all of us who knew and associated with him, apart from being a public figure and a politician. He fed us. Made us laugh. Listened to our criticisms and answered difficult questions openly."

May God give them strength to face this difficult time. The perpetrators of this heinous crime must be brought to justice."

Shilpa Shetty along with her husband Raj Kundra had also gone to the hospital to give courage to Baba Siddiqui's family. Now Raj has expressed his grief over his death on social media. He said in an emotional post, "We are shocked by the sudden demise of Baba Siddiqui Bhai. A person who was the epitome of kindness, brought people together wherever he went."
Raj Kundra further added, "My partner has not only lost a brother-in-law but also a mentor whom she looked up to as a father figure. Baba, your loss is unbearable but those responsible will be held accountable."
