Online travel company Easy Trip Planners may announce bonus next week. Recently, the company has shared information about the bonus with the stock market. In a letter sent to the stock market, the company informed that their board meeting is going to be held on Monday, October 14 next week. In this meeting, the board will discuss the bonus proposal and can take a decision on it. Earlier, the company had announced the bonus in November 2022. At that time, the company had issued 3 bonus shares on every share. The stock has seen a decline in Friday's trading and the stock closed at 34.2 with a decline of about half a percent.

 

In the last week of September, a block deal was seen in the stock. In this deal, 4.6 crore shares were traded at a floor price of Rs 38. This is equal to 2.6 percent of the company. The size of the block deal was Rs 176.5 crore. Recently, the company announced that it would enter the electric bus manufacturing business through its subsidiary Easy Green Mobility. Easy Green Mobility will manufacture electric vehicles and the company's other subsidiary YoloBus will handle the operations.

On Friday, Sprite Agro, a company related to the agri sector, has announced a bonus for its investors. Giving information about the board's decisions after the market closed on Friday, the company said that the company's board has approved one bonus share for one share. That is, investors will get one bonus share for every share of their face value of one rupee in the company. According to the company, the board will soon decide the record date of the bonus share, after which it will be informed to the stock market. Along with this, the board has also decided to call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on 11 November 2024. At the same time, the company has also approved to increase the authorized share capital from Rs 55 crore to Rs 108 crore.
