Billionaire Ambitions Report: The wealth of Indian billionaires has increased by 42% in just one year. The latest Billionaire Ambitions Report of rating agency UBS shows that the wealth of Indian billionaires has increased by 42.1 percent in just one year. India has the third highest number of billionaires in the world after America and China, with 185. The number of billionaires in America is 835 and in China it is 427. Not only this, a new billionaire is emerging in India every three months. India has added 32 new billionaires in a year. According to the Billionaire Ambitions Report, this is the result of India's continuous rise to economic heights. Behind this are also those new icons who have achieved success in traditional businesses as well as new areas.

India's next decade will belong to billionaires

The UBS report shows that the next decade of India will be of billionaires. During this time, the number of billionaires will increase significantly. There are 108 publicly listed family businesses in India, which have brought India to the third position in the number of billionaires. Rapid urbanization, digitalization, expansion of manufacturing sector and energy sector are increasing this pace. It is estimated that in the next decade the number of billionaires in India will equal that of China.
