These days, in Bihar's Nalanda, strict action is being taken against traffic rule violators, but after taking one such action, a big question has been raised on the traffic police. In Bihar Sharif's fish market, the traffic police issued a challan of Rs 1 lakh to a bike rider for not wearing a helmet, when the message came on the driver's mobile, he was shocked.
Police said there was a technical glitch
Last Saturday, the bike rider informed the traffic police about this matter. After that the police came into action and took back the challan number from the bike rider and citing technical glitch, the bike rider has been assured that the challan will be cancelled. After issuing the challan, the traffic police has started getting criticized on social media, as of now the challan has not been cancelled yet,
The victim bike rider said that he had come to Bihar Sharif market without wearing a helmet, when he got a message of challan being issued online. The message said that a fine of Rs 1 lakh has been imposed, which is a big shock. When a complaint was made to the traffic police in this matter, they said that the challan will be cancelled soon.

He said that this is completely a case of technical fault. The challan number has been taken back from the bike driver. The department has been informed about this technical problem.
