Uttarakhand IAS-PCS Transfer: A major administrative reshuffle has been done in Uttarakhand on Wednesday. Under this, many IAS and PCS officers have been transferred. DMs of many districts including Haridwar and Dehradun have been changed, while the status of many officers has increased. Increasing the administrative power of Kumaon Division Commissioner Deepak Rawat, he has been given the additional responsibility of the Chief Minister's Secretary.

An administrative order was issued in this regard late on Wednesday night. In this, Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat has been given the responsibility of the post of Secretary to the Chief Minister. Deepak Rawat is known for his special way of working. He listens to the problems of the common people and solves them, due to which the image of the government has improved among the people. 

Reshuffle of these IAS-PCS officers

According to the current administrative reshuffle, IAS Harishchandra Semwal will now be the new Excise Commissioner. Jharna Kamthan has been given the responsibility of Director General School Education. Savin Bansal has been made DM of Dehradun. Vinod Giri has been made DM of Pithoragarh. DM of Bageshwar Anuradha Pal has been made Additional Secretary Medical Health and Medical Education. Karmendra Singh has been made DM of Haridwar in place of Dhiraj Singh Garbyal. Ashish Bhatgai will take over the responsibility of DM Bageshwar. Chamoli DM Himanshu Khurana has been transferred to the post of Chief Executive Officer PMGSY and Secretary Right to Service Commission, now his responsibility has been given to Sandeep Tiwari.

Apart from these, the responsibilities of many officers have been reduced. Ramesh Kumar Sudhanshu has been removed from the post of Principal Secretary Revenue, Laliran Raina has been removed from the post of Principal Secretary Minority Welfare and Waqf Development Corporation, R Meenakshi Sundar has been removed from the post of Secretary CM and Labor, Klesh Bagol has been removed from the post of Secretary Higher Education, C Ravishankar has been removed from the post of Chief Executive Officer UCADA, Banshidhar Tiwari has been removed from the post of Director General School Education. 

IAS Prakash Chandra has been made Director of Social Welfare, Akanksha Konde has been made Chief Development Officer of Haridwar, IAS Manish Kumar has been made Executive Director of Rural Development Udham Singh Nagar, Prateek Jain has been made Director General Commissioner of Industries, IAS Jaikishan has been made Vice President District Development Authority, Abhinav Shah has been made Chief Development Officer Dehradun, Deepak Saini has been made Chief Development Officer Chamoli, PCS Ramdutt Paliwal has been made Director Mandi Parishad, PCS BS Chaali has been made Director Administration and Monitoring Govind Ballabh Pant University, Sundar Lal has been made Chief Development Officer Uttarkashi, Girish Gunwant has been made Chief Development Officer Pauri.
