The police has taken major action in the Atul Subhash suicide case. Deceased Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania, his mother Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania have been arrested by Bengaluru police. Nikita has been arrested from Gurugram and her mother and brother from Allahabad.

After this, both of them were brought to Bengaluru and presented before the court, the court sent them to judicial custody. On December 13, Bengaluru police had pasted a notice outside the residence of Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania in Jaunpur.
Demanded 30 lakhs to meet son
The arrests were made after the Bengaluru police decided to seek help from the Uttar Pradesh police to trace the accused. The three accused are accused of demanding Rs 3 crore from Atul to withdraw the case against him and Rs 30 lakh for the right to meet his son.

In his suicide note, Atul has accused his wife and her relatives of harassment. The deceased Atul Subhash also alleged that a judge had demanded Rs 5 lakh to settle the case.
After the suicide, the in-laws had absconded
After Atul Subhash's suicide, his in-laws had fled. They had left their house in Jaunpur. The police were trying to arrest them. Now all three accused have been arrested.
