After the controversy, Apoorva Mukhija returned to social media, mentioned death threats in her first post

Instagram influencer Apoorva Mukhija , also known as 'The Rebel Kid', has been in the news for some time due to the 'India's Got Latent' controversy. After the controversy, Apoorva deleted all the posts from her Instagram account. But now she has returned to social media telling her side of the story. She wrote in her new post - "Don't snatch the story from the storyteller."

Apoorva Mukhija was getting obscene threats

While sharing the post, Apoorva told how many serious threats she had to face after the controversy. She also shared some screenshots, in which terrible comments and messages made by people can be seen. Some people have given terrible threats like rape and acid attack. Apoorva said that the screenshots she has posted are just a small part. Through this post, she told what kind of mental harassment she had to face and with what strength she has now stood up again.

The controversy started with the show 'India's Got Latent'

For those who don't know, Apoorva Mukhija appeared on an episode of Samay Raina's show. The influencer made objectionable comments during a contestant's performance. Apart from this, Samay Raina, Ranveer Allahabadia also had to face legal troubles due to their controversial statements.

Following the controversial incident, a police complaint was filed not only against Ranveer and Samay but also against Apoorva. They were charged with promoting obscene and sexually explicit content on the show using several sections of the Indian Penal Code (BNS). Due to the controversy, Samay removed all episodes of India's Got Latent from YouTube.

Notice was received from National Women's Commission

Earlier, Apoorva had also visited the National Commission for Women (NCW) office where she submitted her written apology. In a viral video shared by ANI last month, Apoorva was seen coming out of the Khar Police Station. Now, after her first post after a long time, people are divided over the controversy.
