New Delhi: Canadian police has claimed to have arrested one of the accused in the firing case at singer AP Dhillon's residence. Canadian police say that the second accused has managed to escape to India. The arrested accused has been identified as 25-year-old Abjeet Kingra. He is a resident of Winnipeg. He is accused of intentional arson.

Canada police said a youth was arrested on October 30. He has been arrested in connection with firing at a house and setting two vehicles on fire in the 3300 block of Ravenwood Road in Colwood in September. Canada police said the second accused is suspected to have fled to India and is currently there.
Police do not have photo of the second accused
According to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Abjeet Kingra was arrested from Ontario. He will be presented in the Ontario court on Friday. An arrest warrant has also been issued against the second accused. There is a possibility that he may flee to India. Canadian police have revealed the identity of the second accused as 23-year-old Vikram Sharma. Vikram also lived in Winnipeg. However, Canadian police does not have any photo of Vikram Sharma.
